The Board of Arbitration (JCM)

The Board, set up under the Scheme for Joint Consultative Machinery and Compulsory Arbitration is an institution for compulsory arbitration of disputes between the Government employees and the Government on pay and allowances, weekly hours of work and leave of a class or grade of employees.
