Dr. Chinmay Tumbe, Associate Professor of Economics, IIM, Ahmedabad during a lecture at the Ministry of Labour & Employment on 23.02.2023. Dr. Tumbe spoke on the topic 'Migration in India', followed by an interactive session with the Officers of the Ministry.
Hon'ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi distributed 71000 appointment letters to the newly recruited candidates under Rojgar Mela on 20th January 2023 through Video Conferencing. Offer/ Appointment letters were issued to 1481 selected youths on government posts in the Ministry of Labour and Employment at Shram Shakti Bhawan, Dr. Shashank Goyal, Additional Secretary gave offer / Appointment letters to the selected youths from DGE, CLC and the Ministry.
