Achieving Convergence through Collaboration and Joint Initiatives


               u)    Unorganised Sector: To ensure comprehensive coverage of entitlements
                     and  benefits,  the  participation  of  various  entities,  such  as  DGLW,
                     DTNBWED,  CLC,  DGFASLI,  DGMS,  and  eShram  (CSC),  is  essential.
                     Collaboration with these entities will facilitate enrolment in schemes like
                     eShram, PMSYM, NPS-Traders, PM-SVANidhi etc. for eligible workers.
                     The State/ UT Government Labour Department may also be involved in
                     this event. For Unorganised Sector, DTNBWED will take lead in organising
                     event. In absence of DTNBWED, DGLW/ CLC office may take lead.
               v)    Location  to  be  decided  unanimously  considering  suggestions/  requests
                     from all verticals. However, the location may be a place like Industrial
                     cluster, Industry association office, ESIC dispensary in remote area/ DGLW
                     office etc.
               w)    If  any  special  initiative/  constraints  &  achievements  –  constraints  &
                     achievements  scheme  has  been  introduced  by  the  MoLE  in  any  of  the
                     verticals  then  publicity/  awareness  campaign  of  that  initiative/  scheme
                     should be made a part of the agenda for that meeting.
               x)    There should be at least one meeting of the organised as well as unorganised
                     sector with combined participation of all verticals in each district or group
                     of districts every month.
