3.9 V. V. Giri National Labour Institute (VVGNLI)

V. V. Giri National Labour Institute, Noida (Uttar Pradesh) is a registered society,
which caters to the training and developmental needs of tripartite constituents
–Central and State Government officials, Trade Union Members and members
of employers’ organisation apart from other social partners on various facets
of labour, labour relations and employment. It also undertakes action-oriented
Research, Consultancy and Advocacy on issues related to labour and welfare
schemes of the government meant for labour.

3.9.1 Job Description of VVGNLI:
Faculty: Senior Fellow/Fellow/Associate Fellow are responsible for designing
and conducting in training programs conducted in VVGNLI. They also conduct
research studies in the areas of Labour & Employment.

Administrative Officer: AO looks after the overall administration, financial
management of the institution.
