In the above context, i would like to get information for the following 1) Whether Employees State Insurance Corporation(ESIC) comes under the category of Central Government Employees 2) if the question no 1 answer is YES, please specify the MINISTRY under which they are considered as central Government employees 3) if the question no 1 answer is NO, please state the reason for not considering them under central Government employees 4) if the question no 1 answer is NO, specify the category in which they can are categorized further 1 Employees of ESIC are not Central Government employee. 2 N.A. in view of above. 3 Only such information is required to be supplied under the Act, which already exists and is held by the Public Authority or held under the control of Public Authority.
