36589 Subject-Regarding my final settalment with M/s A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd. Dear Sir/Madam, I worked with M/s A2Z Infra Engineerign Ltd from 28 July-2008 to 12 Jan 2014 as Assistant Manage.I submit my resignation to conern person of M/s A2Z on 13 Dec-2013 and submit all details related to my position to all concern and handover all details in soft and hard copy after that the will give me reliving letter on 11 Feb 2015 through e mail which is attached for your kind reference. After receiveing reliving letter several time I followup for my final settalment which is about Rs.90000.00(Ninety Thousand Only),all time they give only assurance but till date my problem not resolved. I want to know thorough you that why my final sattalment not done. Company Address- A2Z INFRA ENGINEERING LTD. Previously Known As A2Z Maintenance &Engineering Services Limited. Plot No. B-38.Sector32.Institutional Area, Gurgoan-122001, Haryana (INDIA) Click to View More The information sought by you is basically a grievance and furthermore, perhaps it primarily concerns the Labour Deptt. of the State Govt. of Haryana. Strictly speaking, such complaints/Grievances like your instant appln. are not covered under definition of information under RTI Act. Ideally you should seek specific and tangible information under RTI Act, which is held by a Public Authority(PA) or a CPIO. For redressal of your complaint/Grievance, an appropriate compliant/Grievance petition etc. should be filed with the concerned authorities/agencies/State Labour Deptt./Govt. of Haryana. Even then, your application was transferred by the Nodal Officer, RTI Cell of this Ministry to the Nodal Officer, RTI of O/o Chief Labour Commissioner, Central, but they have returned stating that the application/request is not covered under RTI Act. This answering CPIO does not hold any information sought by you. Also, no further action on your application is called under RTI Act on the part of this answering CPIO(of RTI Cell, M/o L and E). Hence, in view of and as per above, your RTI application is hereby disposed of.
