50061 Dear Sir, I worked with Pratap University,Chandwaji ,Delhi Jaipur Road for almost 6 months from 01/04/2015 to 22/08/2015 but was not paid salary for the entire period.Till date my full and final payment claim is not done and the registrar and other authorities are not speaking anything on this even after repeated mails and phone calls.I have done the No dues also . Regards, The RTI application, as per above text, is clearly a complaint or grievance. Since the applicant has not sought any information as defined under RTI Act and also since, no information on his application is held by this answering CPIO(of RTI Cell, M/o L and E), hence neither any information is to be furnished on the application nor is it required to be transferred to any other Public Authority/CPIOs under the RTI Act, by this answering CPIO. In fact the application is not coming under the purview of The RTI Act, 2005. However, the applicant may either further seek specific and tangible information under RTI Act held by a Public Authority or submit his grievance to the appropriately concerned authorities. As such, no further action is required on our part on his RTI application, and as per above, it is hereby disposed of.
