Activities related to Model Career Center (MCC) established at NICS

Since the establishment of the Model Career Centre in the Institute (in 2017) 16 Job fairs,

66 career counselling sessions, 3 workshops for employers, 5 free employability training etc.

have been organised apart from regular activities of jobseeker registration and co-ordination of

employer’s registration. Following are the NCS related activities being undertaken by MCC:

  • Organization of Job Fairs/Recruitment Drives
  • Creation of awareness about NCS among various Stakeholders in Noida Region
  • Registration of Job-seekers
  • Registration of Employers
  • Coordinating and conducting Skill Gap /Employability Trainings.
  • Counselling / career guidance to the Job Seekers
