                     This would lead to more efficient and effective solutions for addressing
                     breaches, providing necessary relief to workers, and taking legal action
                     against offenders.
                    Similarly,  CLC(C)  office  can  share  information  to  EPFO  and  ESIC  and
                     DGMS  officers  as  soon  as  industrial  disputes,  strikes  and  lockouts
                     involving issues related to ESIC, EPFO and mines safety and welfare etc.
                     This would enable other organizations to take coordinated action with the
                     CLC(C) office to resolve these disputes.
               Convergence  within  the  Ministry  is  a  transformational  step  towards  a  more
               integrated and efficient public service system. It will enable to better serve the
               public, make informed decisions, and pro-actively adapt to the changing needs of
               the digital age. While this transformation comes with its challenges, the Ministry
               is committed to navigating these changes with diligence and foresight.
